1. Introduction

InfyLearnn is an online learning platform owned and operated by InfyLearnn. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the InfyLearnn website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Definitions

• Courses: Educational courses offered on the Platform.

• Teacher: A person who provides teaching services through the Platform.

• Teaching Content: Text, graphics, images, music, software (excluding the Platform), audio, video, information, or other materials used to deliver courses.

• Teaching Services: Services provided by Teachers directly to students.

3. Scope of Services

The Services include providing the Platform, which allows you to arrange and schedule teaching classes with Teachers. InfyLearnn uses reasonable efforts to connect you with a suitable Teacher. If a change is requested (Teacher, student, or discontinuation of service), InfyLearnn will try to find you a similar Teacher.

InfyLearnn facilitates the transfer of payments to Teachers for their services and collects payments on their behalf. You understand that Teachers are independent third-party contractors and not employees of InfyLearnn.

InfyLearnn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Platform and Teaching Content on your personal device for educational purposes.

• Access and use content, information, and related materials available through the Service, all for your personal, non-commercial use.

You also consent to InfyLearnn granting Teachers a similar license to aid in delivering Teaching Services.

For third-party content, you agree to abide by their terms and conditions.

 

4. User Content

The Platform allows users to post comments, reviews, suggestions, feedback, ideas, or other content ("User Content").

• You grant InfyLearnn a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to use, publish, display, store, host, transfer, process, communicate, distribute, make available, modify, adapt, translate, and create derivative works of User Content for the functioning and in connection with the Services.

• You waive any moral rights or other similar rights relating to the User Content.

• InfyLearnn may remove or restrict access to User Content that violates these Terms.

 

5. Registration

To use the services, you must create an account. InfyLearnn collects basic information such as name, email address, phone number, and demographic profile (age, gender, etc.). You may also link your social media accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and current. InfyLearnn reserves the right to suspend or remove your account for providing false information.

 

6. Eligibility

Services are available only in select geographies in India. Minors (under 18) may use the Platform with parental supervision. InfyLearnn reserves the right to terminate your registration if you are discovered to be a minor.

 

7. Security

Transactions on the Platform are secure and encrypted. User credit card and debit card information is not stored by InfyLearnn.

 

8. License and Access

InfyLearnn grants you a limited license to access and use the Platform and Teaching Content for personal use. You may not download (except for page caching) or modify the Platform or its content. You may not resell or make commercial use of the Platform or its content.

 

9. User Obligations

You agree to not:

• Violate any law or regulation.

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

• Upload viruses or other malicious code.

• Threaten, abuse, or harass others.

• Impersonate another person.

• Post offensive or misleading information.

 

10. Payment

You are required to pay a Teaching Fee to Teachers and a Content Fee to InfyLearnn or third parties for the content you access. InfyLearnn may also charge a convenience fee for facilitating Teaching Services and transferring payments.

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities

The Platform, services, and materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. InfyLearnn does not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

InfyLearnn is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform or the services.

 

12. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfyLearnn from any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

InfyLearnn's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

13. Termination

InfyLearnn may terminate your access to and use of the Platform for any reason, including, without limitation, if InfyLearnn believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms. InfyLearnn may also, in its sole discretion, limit or discontinue the provision of the Services or any part thereof without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform.

The Platform, Teaching Content, and all other materials provided by InfyLearnn or its licensors contain intellectual property owned by InfyLearnn or its licensors. You agree not to use such intellectual property without InfyLearnn's prior written consent.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InfyLearnn with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written.

 

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

19. Amendments to the Terms

InfyLearnn may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the Platform. You are expected to check the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms will be deemed your acceptance of the amended Terms.
